Finger Print Lock Prank is an app that lets you substitute your current lock screen to give your smartphone a false appearance of extra security because although it requests a fingerprint and looks like it’s analyzing it, after a few seconds, it’ll unlock either way.

After you briefly configure some aspects such as deactivating the current lock screen to apply this one or keep both, or apply a sound or silence it, the next time you unlock your smartphone you’ll see this screen.

Since you don’t have to give up your original unlocking screen, you can keep the same security level plus the added uniqueness of this ‘fingerprint reader’. But, if your smartphone does have that locking option, the joke can be a little more believable.

Finger Print Lock Prank doesn’t let you change the background or configure the necessary time to click on the screen and unlock it, unlike Fingerprint Lock Screen Prank or Fingerprint Screen Lock.
